3.2.1 Interview three experienced ministers concerning their experiences with
the expectations placed upon a minister.
3.2.2 Write a one-page report providing an explanation of the expectations
placed on a minister.
3.2.3 Develop a strategy for effectively responding to the expectations of others.

Lesson 3.3 Understanding and Using My Gifts

Objectives
3.3.1 Identify your own areas of giftedness for ministry.
3.3.2 Interview another minister who demonstrates the same giftings.
3.3.3 Develop a strategy for using your gifts, and implement that strategy as
assigned by the mentor.
