Abundant Life in the Son: A Study of Salvation

we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son,
purifies us from all sin” (1 John 1:7). What a transaction! We exchange
our place in the sinful world for an eternal palace in glory; we leave the
poverty of the world for the riches of divine grace; we leave the broad
road of destruction for the straight and narrow way, where the arms of
our Heavenly Father await us. All this and heaven awaits us besides.
